It depends upon the browser.
In Internet Explorer you can do so by %26gt;%26gt; view menu %26gt;%26gt; Test Size %26gt;%26gt; choose the option.
If you are using IE 7 then you can just Click Ctrl (+) to increase and Ctrl (-) to reduce the size.

An easy way if your mouse has a wheel on it...
Hold CTRL and roll the wheel forward for larger or back for smaller, works on IE and Firefox.
