Well, with Yahoo! Mail, the best way to do this (other than changing between the choices they already give you), is to just paste the text from a Word document or from another program that allows you a broader variety of fonts. Once done, if you continue typing in that area (the one that has been changed to the given font), it will continue to type in that style. However, please note that some people may see it as plain Arial font, depending on which email provider they use and whether or not they're using Windows XP.
