u can double click on that layer in the layers pallette. select stroke from the left side and then fill in all the elements (stroke amount, color, etc). let me know if u are still having problemsHow can I change font on photoshop cs2?

it just uses the fonts that are installed in your windows/fonts folder. simply download a font with outlined characters
