How do you change writing size on the internet?

I have AOL 9.0 and was wondering how to change font size on web pages because the writing comes up really big, and on my mums account the writing is much smaller. How can i change this?How do you change writing size on the internet?

Go to View on the menu bar. Choose the size of text you require and select it by clicking.
hold the ctrl key and move the scroll wheel on the mouse at the same time
And holding Ctrl while running the mouse wheel (if you have a wheel mouse) up and down changes it too.
